Good little hotel, our stay was fairly nice.
Fairly clean, great value hotel, its location was favourable and unbeatable and near to the backpacker street, the centre, and the city center and the well-trodden area. The restaurant was perfect for breakfast. Friendly service offered in this venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, although limited in English, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They easily organized airport pick-up and drop-off for us. The hotel is centrally located, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. It is also within walking distance to the bustling Ben Thanh Market, which was very convenient for us. The room was spacious and had a balcony where we enjoyed people-watching. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was simple but good, and it was included in the room price.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The staff at Kiera Hotel were absolutely amazing. When my boyfriend cut his toe, they had a first aid kit ready and were so helpful. They also went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, giving us extra towels and toilet paper whenever we asked. The breakfast was simple but delicious, and the sweet auntie serving us was a ray of sunshine. We also loved that there were plenty of affordable and tasty food options right outside the hotel. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I always return to this hotel for a reason. The staff even provided plug adaptors during my first visit. With Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, and air conditioning, it suits my needs perfectly. I'll be back for Easter!

Great location, just a short walk from the bustling city center. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service.- The room was nicely decorated and exceeded our expectations in terms of size and comfort.
The bathroom had some issues with the sink not flushing properly and the shower splashing water all around the room. The towels and cover sheets in the room appeared old and had stains, which could be improved for better hygiene.

Had a fantastic stay at Kiera Hotel! Stayed for two nights and it was my first introduction to Vietnam. The friendly staff were very accommodating, picking me up from the airport and providing a comfortable room with a balcony. The location was perfect, just a block and a half away from the bustling walking street. I felt safe and enjoyed the convenience of having restaurants right outside. Highly recommend this place for its great price, location, and welcoming staff!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the free WiFi and terrace, but my favorite part was the 24-hour front desk service. It's amazing to have someone there all the time to hear my complaints and requests.
The feeling of being a burden as I continuously bothered the staff with my incessant demands.

Free WiFi throughout the property, fancy terrace, and an amazing 24-hour front desk that makes you feel like a VIP.
Oh, and how can I forget the joy of climbing stairs with my luggage and sweating in the heat? Pure bliss.
